Are you on a tight budget? And you’re looking for recipes that you can prepare that’s cheap and delicious? These two recipes are what you’re looking for. You can make chicken neck special and delicious, and pair it with some cabbage and tuna.
Here’s how to cook Spicy Chicken Neck Adobo:
Ingredients:
500g Chicken Neck
3/4 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Chili Flakes
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 medium-sized Onion (chopped)
6 cloves Garlic (minced)
Bay Leaves
Peppercorns
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Water
Process:
- In a pot, add water, then some bay leaves and peppercorns. Season with salt and pepper. Boil. Add in the chicken necks and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the pot, drain excess water. Set aside.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, saute onion, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns. Then add in the chicken necks. Cook until slightly brown.
- Pour in the vinegar and the soy sauce. Then add the chili flakes. Cover and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the sugar, then season with salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce becomes thick and dries out. Enjoy!

Here’s how to cook Cabbage with Tuna
Ingredients:
1 Cabbage (cut into serving sizes)
1 small can Tuna Flakes in Oil
1 medium-sized Onion (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Salt
Pepper
Oil.
Process:
- Heat some amount of oil in a pan. Saute onion and garlic.
- Add in the tuna flakes in oil. Then the cabbage. Cook for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!

These two recipes are a perfect combo. You don’t even have to spend much to prepare something delicious for your family. Chicken necks are cheaper than any other parts of the chicken, but they still taste as delicious.
