4 Easy Fried Rice Recipes

We Filipinos love fried rice. Good thing we have thousands of ways to cook fried rice. We can add whatever we want to the rice to make it even more delicious. This time, let’s try 4 easy fried rice recipes.

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice
Eggs
Mixed Veggies (carrot, peas and corns)
Luncheon Meat (finely chopped)
Chinese Sausage (Chorizo Bilbao) (finely chopped)
Green Onions
Delish PH Flavored Bagoong
Onions
Garlic
Calamansi Extract
Toasted Garlic (optional)

VEGGIES RICE

  1. In a pan, saute onion and garlic. Then add in the mixed veggies.
  2. Add cooked rice, then the green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Create a space at the center of the rice, then add in the egg. Stir and cook. Combined with the rice. Enjoy!

MEATY RICE

  1. In a pan, saute onion and garlic. Add in the Chinese Sausage and luncheon meat.
  2. Add cooked rice, season with salt and pepper. Then the green onions.
  3. Create a space at the center of the rice, then add in the egg. Stir and cook. Combined with the rice. Enjoy!

GARLIC RICE

  1. Saute garlic. When golden brown, add the cooked rice. Mix, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle some toasted garlic for more garlic flavor. Serve!

BAGOOGNG RICE

  1. Saute onion and garlic. Add the Delish PH Flavored Bagoong. Mix.
  2. Add the cooked rice, mix until bagoong is properly incorporated with the rice. Then add the green onions.
  3. Pour in the calamansi extract. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!

Note from Ren:

For the meaty rice, you can more meat if you want, ground pork, or shredded chicken, etc. For bagoong rice, we need a dash of calamansi extract to balance the taste.
