1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Full Cream or Whole Milk
1 tbsp. Corn Syrup
Zip Lock Bag
- Combine heavy cream and full cream or whole milk with the corn syrup. Stir until properly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a zip lock bag. Remove excess air and seal.
- In a much bigger zip lock bag, put some ice and salt.
- Put in the ice cream mixture in the bag. Cover it with a cloth and shake for about 5 minutes or until the mixture become firm.
