Beef tapa is probably one of the most popular beef breakfast food in the country. Pair it with fried rice, egg and hot coffee and you’ll have your best breakfast ever. Beef tapa is very easy and less hassle to prepare.
Here’s how to cook Beef Tapa:
500g Beef (thin slices)
1/2 cup Vinegar
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Garlic head
1. In a large bowl, combine in the vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, finely minced garlic, season with salt and pepper. Give a good mixing.
2. Add in the beef. Marinate for at least 4 hours or best if marinated overnight.
3. In a pan, heat some oil.
4. Start frying the tapa. Some of the juices will come out and it will start to become watery. Wait until the water dries out and the beef becomes brown and a bit dry.
Ready and Serve!
Note from Delish:
I love tapa. So I’ll be teaching you how to cook at home so you can eat them anytime you want. Also, instead of vinegar, you can use fresh calamnsi juice.
