Chicken Wings Coated with Potato Chips
  1. Put the chicken wings in a bowl. Pour in the milk and the lemon. Give it a massage. Then marinate it for about an hour.
  2. Using a zip lock bag, crush the potato chips into smaller pieces. You can use a rolling pin. Pour the crushed potato chips in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken wings with curshed potato chips.
  4. Heat a good amount of oil in a pan. Fry the chicken until cooked. Make sure to sprinkle some salt and pepper on the chicken while frying.

Serve with some sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!

Note from Delish:

Instead of using buttermilk, I used milk and lemon. Often time buttermilk is not available locally, so that can be a good substitute. Also since potato chips are also a bit salty, you don’t really have to add more salt.
