This Chicken Wings Coated with Potato Chips is definitely a hit when you serve it with your kids, or even to adults. So instead of using flour or breadcrumbs, we will use potato chips to coat the chicken, certainly crunchier and tastier. Marinating it will milk and lemon will even make it more flavorful.

Here’s how to cook Chicken Wings Coated with Potato Chips:

1 kg Chicken Wings
1 cup Milk (evaporated or fresh)
1 tbsp. Lemon
1 pack Potato Chips (of your choice)

Chicken Wings Coated with Potato Chips
  1. Put the chicken wings in a bowl. Pour in the milk and the lemon. Give it a massage. Then marinate it for about an hour.
  2. Using a zip lock bag, crush the potato chips into smaller pieces. You can use a rolling pin. Pour the crushed potato chips in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken wings with curshed potato chips.
  4. Heat a good amount of oil in a pan. Fry the chicken until cooked. Make sure to sprinkle some salt and pepper on the chicken while frying.

Serve with some sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!

Note from Delish:

Instead of using buttermilk, I used milk and lemon. Often time buttermilk is not available locally, so that can be a good substitute. Also since potato chips are also a bit salty, you don’t really have to add more salt.
