What if you can turn your favorite chorizo into a delicious burger? It’s time for you to try something new for your family. This Chorizo Burger is definitely a big hit for your kids. It’s one good addition to your kid’s baon list.
Here’s how to make Chorizo Burger:
400g Chorizo (remove skin)
1 medium sized White Onion (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 stalk Green Onions (chopped)
1 cup Panco Bread Crumbs
1. Mix in all the ingredients for the patty. Skinned chorizo, onions, garlic, green onions, bread crumbs, egg and seasoned with salt and pepper. Form them into patties and set aside.
2. Heat the grill pan and grill the patties until cooked. Set aside.
3. You might want to toast your burger buns on the grill pan to add extra texture.
4. Assemble the burger. Brush some mayo on the bottom burger bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, onion rings, chorizo burger patty, mustard, cheese and lastly top with the other side of the bun.
Serve with some sweet potato fries.
