Who doesn’t love sweetcorn? This Corn Fritter recipe is something that you can prepare for your family. It can be eaten during snacks or it can be a good appetizer too. It’s even very easy to prepare and doesn’t need too many ingredients to get it done. Locally in the country, we have a lot ukoy versions, and this is probably one of the best and the healthiest.

Note from Delish:
I received a lot of requests from mothers to prepare some healthy and easy recipes they can prepare for their kids. Thus, I prepare this recipe. Very simple, healthy and the kids will definitely love. For some, they use vinegar + garlic for the dip. It depends on what you and your kids love.

I gotta say I’m interested how this “okoy mais” would taste so I tried it. And IT WAS GREAT! It’s perfect for a snack when you don’t have time to get shrimp or some other fishes, etc. The kids loved it, too.
