Since the opening of classes has started, parents out there are definitely looking for easy sandwich recipes they can prepare for their kids. As much as possible, you wanted your kids to eat healthy and clean. So packing your kids their sandwich baon is such a great idea. Today, you’ll learn how to make Egg and Chicken Sandwiches.
Here’s how to make Egg and Chicken Sandwich:
100g Shredded Chicken (pre-cooked, boiled with salt and pepper)
4 Hard-boiled Eggs
1 1/2 cups of Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Mustard
1 tbsp. Sugar
Green Onions (finely chopped)
Classic Cheese (grated)
Quick Melt Cheese
Sliced Bread (white/wheat)
1. Prepare cooked shredded chicken and hard-boiled egg beforehand.
For Chicken Sandwich:
In a bowl, mix in the shredded chicken, 3/4 cups mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
For Egg Sandwich:
In a bowl, mix in the hard-boiled eggs. Use a fork to cut them into smaller pieces. Add the mayonnaise, green onions, salt and pepper.
2. Assemble the sandwich. Place one slice of bread, top it with the chicken filling. Sprinkle a good amount of cheese on top. Cover with another piece of bread. Brush some butter at the top. (same process with egg filling sandwich)
3. Heat a pan in low heat. Put the sandwich (side with butter down). Then put slices of quick melt cheese on top. Cover the pan for about 5 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt. Spread the melted cheese all over the top. (same process with egg sandwich)
Ready and Enjoy!
