Here’s how to cook Fast and Easy Pancake Recipe:


1 cup All-purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Melted Butter
1 Egg
3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Essence


  1. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, melted butter, egg and vanilla essence.
  2. Gradually pour in the evaporated milk. Whisk until the pancake mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour in the mixture into a plastic bottle dispenser.
  4. Heat the pan. Using Masflex pan, no need to use butter or oil.
  5. Squeeze out some pancake batter to the pan, forming a round shape. Flip to cook the other side.
  6. Brush some butter before taking out of the pan.
  7. Drizzle some pancake syrup or maple syrup and top with butter before serving.
