How to Make Fresh Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce



Crab Meat (artificial, frozen)
Ripe Mango
Luncheon Meat
Rice Paper


3/4 cup Peanut Butter
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Calamansi Extract
1 clove Garlic
1/3 cup Water


  1. Prepare all the ingredients, and cut them into strips. Soak the vermicelli in a bowl of hot water with salt and sugar for 5-10 minutes and drain.
  2. To wrap, dip the rice paper in water, then put it on top of a towel to remove excess water.
  3. Put all the fillings that you want, lettuce, vermicelli, cucumber, carrots, crab meat, mango, luncheon meat, and some cilantro. Roll and wrap.
  4. To prepare the peanut sauce, just combine the peanut butter, oyster sauce, calamansi extract, garlic, and water.
