Fried Rice

The holidays have passed and you’ve got too many food leftovers. This fried rice recipe is what you need to know to make use of your rice or ham leftovers. Very easy and will give your rice a whole lot taste and flavor. And nothing will go to waste.

Here’s how to cook Fried Rice:

Ingredients:

1 cup Cooked Ham
2 cups Cooked Rice
1 pack Mixed Vegetables (peas, carrots and corn)
1 medium sized Red Onion
4 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp. Liver Spread
Canola Oil
Salt
Pepper

Process:

1. Heat some canola oil in a pan. Sauté onions and garlic.

2. Add in the cooked ham and liver spread.

3. Then add the mixed vegetables and sauté for about a minute.

4. Pour in the cooked rice.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

Ready and serve!

I know that we all have our rice and other food leftovers like ham, chicken or pork. That’s why I decided this fried rice recipe I made out of ham and rice leftover. I added liver spread to add more flavor. And you can add more ingredients if you want to such as shredded chicken or pork.
