Here’s how to cook Fruit Cocktail Cupcake:
Ingredients:
1 cup All-purpose Flour
3/4 cups Jolly Fruit Cocktail (cut into smaller pieces)
2 tbsp. Melted Butter
1 Egg
1/2 cup Fruit Cocktail Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
Process:
1. In a bowl, combine in the fruit cocktail, egg, melted butter, vanilla and Sugar. Give a good mix.
2. Add in the all-purpose flour. Mix and gradually add the fruit cocktail syrup.
3. Plug in the cupcake maker. Brush some vegetable oil then scoop some batter and put in each molder. Put a piece of fruit on top. Cover and cook for about 8-10 minutes. You can use toothpicks to test if it’s done.
