Do you think grilling stuffed squid is hard and stressful? With this recipe, you’ll see how it easy it is to prepare grilled stuffed squid at home. You don’t have to dine out just to eat your favorite grilled dish.

Here’s how to cook Grilled Stuffed Squid:

Ingredients:

4 pcs large sized squid, cleaned (heads on)
3 pcs medium sized tomatoes
2 pcs small sized white onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. grated ginger
salt
pepper
Dip:
calamansi
red onions
honey
salt
pepper

Process:

1. Clean the squid. Remove the beak(mouth) and the innards and the ink and make sure not to remove the head.

2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade. Combine in the oyster and soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, chili powder, honey, salt and pepper.

3. Marinate the squid for about an hour.

4. In a separate bowl, combine in diced tomatoes and white onions, ginger and season with salt and pepper.

5. Stuff the squid with the tomato and onion mixture. Use a toothpick to secure the stuffing.

6. Using a non-stick grill pan (using Masflex Forged Marble Grillpan), grill the stuffed squid. Easy and hassle-free.

7. You can use the sauce you use to marinate the squid. Brush it on the squid for more flavor. Put little slit on both side of the squid.

8. Put bigger slit on the squid before serving.

9. For an easy dip, combine in some soy sauce, honey, fresh calamansi squeeze, salt and pepper.

Ready and Serve!
