Check out this new and delicious bangus recipe you can try at home. Bangus curry is very easy to prepare and absolutely flavorful. It will only require you quite a few ingredients to start with.
Here’s How to Cook Bangus Curry:
1 pc. Bangus
1 medium-sized Carrot (cubed)
3 cloves Garlic
1.5 cups Coconut Milk
20g Green Onion
4 pcs. Chilies
1 tbsp. Curry Powder
- Clean and cut the bangus to your desired sizes. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until golden brown and set aside. (When frying the bangus, oil splatters more than usual, be careful)
- On the same pan (remove excess oil if needed), saute onion and garlic. Then add the carrot and the curry powder.
- Pour in the coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer until it starts to reduce a bit.
- Add in the fried bangus. Then the chilies. Cook it for another 10 minutes. Then add the green onions before removing it from the fire.

You can make this recipe even spicier if you want, you can also add potatoes if you want, just the usual curry recipe.
