Here’s one easy pork recipe that you can try at home. To make it a little bit healthier, we will be adding some turmeric powder into it, then some coconut milk and chilies to make it tastier.
Here’s How to Cook Pork with Turmeric:
1kg Pork Cubes
1.5 cups Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp. Turmeric Powder
1 medium-sized Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 thumb-sized Ginger (sliced)
3/4 cups Green Onions
- Add the pork in a pot. Pour a good amount of water, season with salt. Boil and cook until tender. Drain water and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté garlic, onion, and ginger. Add in the turmeric powder. Then pour in the coconut milk. Stir until turmeric powder is properly incorporated. Add the chilies. Season with salt and pepper.
- Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add in the cooked pork.
- Cook until coconut milk starts to thicken. Add the green onion and mix.
Serve and Enjoy!

If you want to make it spicier, add more chilies. You can also add fresh turmeric if you have it available.
