Here’s another easy snack recipe that you can make at home. You’ll only need 5 ingredients to get it done. No need to use flour or eggs in making this delicious oreo muffins.
Here’s How to Make 3-Ingredient Oreo Muffins:
1 Whole Pack Oreo
1 1/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Baking Powder
- Break muffins into smaller sizes and put them in a bowl. Gradually add the milk while crushing the oreos using a fork. You can gradually do this process until you’re done with all the oreos.
- Add in the baking powder and mix. Don’t worry if there’s still some small crumbs of oreos in the mixture. That will give the muffin some texture.
- Take out your baking pan and put some cupcake liners. Scoop some mixture into it, just about 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
- Bake for about 45 minutes at 200 °C.

The texture of this muffins is great because it’s going to have some crunch on the outside but it’s soft and tasty inside. You can also make some frosting to turn these muffins into cute cupcakes.
