Here’s How to Make Avocado Sago Jelly Dessert:

Ingredients:

3 Avocados
1 cup All-purpose Cream
1 cup Condensed Milk
1 3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 pack Powdered Gulaman
1.2 Cup Sago/Tapioca Pearls
Food Color (optional, no need if gulaman is green)

Ingredients:

  1. Prepare the jelly. Just follow the packaging instructions. It’s better to use green-colored gelatin powder, if not, just use white and add a few drops of green food coloring (just what I did). Let it cool and slice into small cubes.
  2. Cook the sago or tapioca pearls. Boil a good amount of water and cook for about an hour. Process takes longer, so better cook it early on.
  3. Prepare the avocados. Make two versions, one cut into cubes and then mash the other half.
  4. Then just combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Jelly, cubed and mashed avocados, sago, all-purpose cream, condensed milk and evaporated milk. Mix. Chill.

Note from Ren:

I want my sago chewy so you’ll notice that I don’t overcook it. Chilling this overnight is a great option.
