Here’s how to Make Macaroni Chicharon
1 cup Macaroni
1 Liter Cooking Oil
- Boil some amount of water with salt in a pot. Cook the macaroni pasta. Follow the packaging instructions.
- Drain water and spread them all over a tray or a strainer. Dry under the sun for 2 days. Make sure that the macaroni is completely dried out.
- Heat a good amount of oil. Deep fry the macaroni in a medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
Enjoy them with your vinegar dip!

This is the simplest version of macaroni chicharon. But you can always toss some powdered cheese or bbq powder to add more flavor to chicharon. I will try to make another recipe, this time I will add more flavors to macaroni chicharon.
