Craving for ice cream? Why don’t you try this easy and yummy homemade milo ice cream? It’s very simple, no complicated process and it will only require you 4 ingredients to get it done. Beat the summer heat with this milo ice cream recipe.
Here’s how to make Milo Ice Cream:
600ml All-purpose Cream (chilled)
1 cup Condensed Milk
1.5 cup Milo Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Chill the all-purpose cream overnight. Pour it in a bowl along with the vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whisk until fluffy.
- Add in the condensed milk and milo powder. Mix very gently.
- Pour in the ice cream mixture in an airtight container and freeze.
Note from Ren:
If you don’t have an electric mixer, you can use the manual whisker. But of course, it would require a lot of effort in whisking, but still worth it. You can add tiny bits of chocolate chips on the mixture if you want to.
