6 Slices Bread
1 can (370 ml) Evaporated Milk
1 can (300ml) Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tbsp. Water
- In a blender, put in 6 slices of bread, 6 eggs, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of condensed milk and vanilla extract. Blend.
- In a baking pan, put the sugar and water to caramelize.
- Using a strainer, pour the mixture in the pan.
- Steam for 1 hour.
