Inihaw na Saging (Grilled Banana)

Inihaw na Saging (Grilled Banana)

This is definitely one easy, three-ingredient and delicious banana recipe that you can prepare for your kids. I’ve know this as a “sinugba nga saging” since I was a kid. I know it is called differently on other places. It’s time for you to learn how to make this at home.

Here’s how to cook Inihaw na Saging (Grilled Banana):

Ingredients:

Bananas (Saba) (Platain)
Margarine
Brown Sugar
Sticks (skewers)

Process:

1. Peel the bananas and cut diagonal slits. Stick the skewers in.

2. Heat the grill pan. Grill the bananas until cooked.

3. Brush some margarine all over the grilled bananas. Then sprinkle some brown sugar.

Ready and Serve!

Note from Delish:

This banana snack is best served hot. You also use white sugar if you want, but I preferred brown sugar for a healthier option.
