It may sound weird for some, but yes, mango and cheese make a perfect combo for a snack. You can bring your usual cheese sticks to the next level by adding ripe mangoes. It’s very easy and definitely something new to prepare for your kids.
Heree’s how to make Mango Cheese Sticks:
1 whole Ripe Mango (cut into strips)
Cheese (cheddar or any cheese of your choice) (cut into strips)
Water (to seal)
1. Make sure to prepare all the ingredients beforehand. Slice mango and cheese into strips, depending on the size of the sticks that you want.
2. Start the wrapping. Place on slice of mango and one slice of cheese on the wrapper. Start rolling while sealing the edges. Completely seal the end using. Repeat process for all.
3. Heat some oil in the pan. Fry the sticks until slightly brown.
4. Remove excess oil with paper towel.
Ready and Serve!
