Mango Sago

This is probably one of the easiest dessert that you can make. It doesn’t require too much process that you can make anytime you want. The combination of sago and mango, milk and cream is just perfect. Mango Sago is one great dessert you can make this summer season.

Here’s how to make Mango Sago:

Ingredients:

3 Large Sized Ripe Mangoes (cubed)
1 cup Sago (Tapioca Pearls)
3/4 cups Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 cups All-purpose Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
Hot water

Process:

1. Put sago in a bowl. Pour a good amount of hot water, enough to cover the tapioca pearls. Soak for about 30 minutes.

2. Boil water in a pot. Pour in the soaked sago. Cook for about 40 minutes or until the sago are cooked. Make sure to gradually stir to avoid sago from sticking at the bottom of the pot. Drain water and set aside.

3. In a large bowl combine in the cooked sago, mangoes and sugar. Pour in the all-purpose cream and evaporated milk. Mix in and chill!

Ready and Serve!
