Here’s a great and healthy potato snack you can make at home. Instead of buying processed and preserved potato strings, you can make them fresh at home.
Here’s how to Mak Potato Strings:
- Slice potatoes into thin slices, then slice them into small strings.
- Soak them in a bowl of water for 15-20 minutes. Strain to remove excess water. Pat try with paper towel as well.
- Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
- You can sprinkle cheese powder and Enjoy!
