Here’s how to cook Stir Fry Pork with Oyster Sauce:
1 kg Pork Cubes
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Stalks Green Onions (1 inch long cut)
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1. Heat the pan (no oil needed). Put the pork cuts and cook until brown on both sides. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, add the garlic. Sauté. Then add back in the pork.
3. Pour in the oyster sauce and sesame oil. Add about 1/2 cup water.
4. Cook until the sauce thickens and pan dries out. And oil starts to come out of the pork.
Ready and Serve!
