Yang Chow Fried Rice is one popular Chinese style fried rice that we Filipinos definitely love. Probably because the combination of flavors that come from its diverse ingredients. Try this today.
Here’s how to cook Yang Chow Fried Rice:
3 cups Cooked Rice
1 cup Frozen Mixed Veggies
3 pcs Chinese Sausage (sliced)
1 cup Shelled Shrimps
1 medium sized Onion (chopped)
6 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Green Onions (chopped)
1 tbsp. Margarine
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Eggs (beaten)
1. Melt some margarine in a pan. Add some olive oil.
2. Sauté onions and garlic. Add in the Chinese sausage and shelled shrimps. Then add in the mixed veggies. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Create a space or a well in the middle of the pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook.
4. Once the eggs were cooked, add in the rice. Season with salt and soy sauce. Lastly add the green onions. Let it cook for about 5 minutes more.
Ready and Serve!
